Terms & Conditions

AZIMIS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 27 August 2026These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of AZIMIS products and associated services from Crypty Ltd trading as AZIMIS.Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. About AZIMIS

AZIMIS is a trading brand of Crypty Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.References to “AZIMIS”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Crypty Ltd trading as AZIMIS.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately.Images, promotional graphics and website illustrations are provided to represent the product but minor differences in colour, finish, appearance, interface, packaging or software presentation may occur.Technical specifications may be updated or changed where reasonably necessary, provided this does not materially reduce the core functionality of a product already contracted for.

3. Smart functionality and applications

Smart-TV functionality may depend upon internet connectivity, software, third-party platforms, geographic availability and account requirements.Third-party applications and services are operated independently of AZIMIS.Application availability, interfaces, functionality, subscriptions and compatibility may be changed, suspended or withdrawn by their respective providers.The display of a third-party application name or logo on AZIMIS marketing material indicates intended or available compatibility/access at the relevant time and does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement by that third party unless expressly stated.Some services require separate accounts, subscriptions or payments.AZIMIS cannot guarantee the permanent availability of any independently operated application.This provision is particularly important given your Product Content artwork and should sit somewhere on the product page as well as in the T&Cs. Richer Sounds uses substantially the same underlying separation for third-party apps.

4. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.A binding contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or otherwise confirm that the product is being supplied.We reserve the right to reject an order before acceptance, including because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to fulfil delivery requirements.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.The website will state whether applicable VAT is included.Delivery, specialist handling, installation, brackets, electrical work, structural work and other optional services may be charged separately unless expressly included in the advertised package.The total applicable price will be communicated before the order is concluded.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.Where finance is offered by an independent finance provider, the finance agreement is between the customer and that provider and is subject to the provider's eligibility criteria and separate terms.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery date has expressly been agreed.Because a 100-inch television is an exceptionally large and fragile item, customers must ensure that reasonable access is available.This includes appropriate doorways, corridors, stairways, lifts and access routes.Customers should inform AZIMIS before delivery of unusual or restricted access conditions.We may postpone delivery where attempting delivery would create an unreasonable risk of damage or injury.

8. Inspection following delivery

Customers should inspect the packaging and product as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery and report apparent transit damage promptly.This does not affect statutory consumer rights.Customers should retain relevant packaging where reasonably requested while a reported transit-damage issue is investigated.

9. Installation

Where installation has been purchased, it may be performed by AZIMIS or an appointed specialist installation partner.Installation is subject to the site being reasonably suitable.The installer may assess:

  • wall construction and condition;
  • fixing locations;
  • screen dimensions and weight;
  • electrical supply;
  • cable routing;
  • accessibility;
  • bracket suitability; and
  • health and safety considerations.

A 100-inch screen requires materially different handling from a conventional television; specialist UK installers describe this class as requiring commercial-grade mounting considerations and multi-person handling. An installer may refuse or postpone work where they reasonably consider the proposed installation unsafe or technically unsuitable.

10. Standard installation

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation, standard installation does not include major structural alterations, specialist reinforcement, electrical rewiring, plastering, decorating, asbestos work, concealed cable construction or other building works.Additional work identified following a site assessment will be discussed before being undertaken or charged.

11. Customer installation responsibilities

Before installation, the customer must provide accurate information concerning the property and proposed installation location and disclose any known hazards.Where appropriate, the customer is responsible for obtaining landlord, freeholder or other required permission.The customer should identify concealed services where known.

12. Installation partners

AZIMIS may appoint suitably qualified third-party contractors to perform delivery, installation or related services.Where AZIMIS has sold installation as part of the customer's contract, the involvement of a subcontractor does not by itself remove rights the customer has against AZIMIS under applicable consumer law.This distinction is worth preserving. TCL similarly expressly reserves the ability to subcontract service work.

13. Cancellation rights

Consumers purchasing at a distance may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.Where those rights apply, the statutory cancellation period will apply.Exceptions may apply, including in relation to certain bespoke or personalised goods and services which have been fully performed following the consumer's express request and acknowledgement where permitted by law.Nothing in these Terms removes statutory cancellation rights.

14. Returns

Where a customer has a statutory right to return a product, returns will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.Because 100-inch televisions require specialist transportation, customers should contact AZIMIS before attempting to return a television so appropriate transportation can be arranged.Customers should not attempt to ship an ultra-large television using unsuitable parcel services.

15. Faulty products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described, subject to the rights and remedies provided by UK law.If a product develops a fault, contact AZIMIS with the order information, product serial number and a description of the problem.We may request photographs, video or reasonable diagnostic information before arranging inspection, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.Competitors use a similar evidence-based service process: TCL's UK service system requests product/model information and permits supporting documents to be uploaded.

16. Warranty

Where an AZIMIS product is supplied with an advertised 1-year manufacturer's/commercial warranty, the warranty operates in addition to, and does not replace, statutory consumer rights.Specific warranty documentation supplied with the product may contain further details concerning coverage and claims.Damage arising from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or installation contrary to supplied requirements may fall outside the commercial warranty where legally permissible.Your statutory rights are not affected.This wording is safer than presenting “1 Year Warranty” as the customer's entire protection.

17. Third-party equipment and services

AZIMIS is not responsible for the independent performance of internet services, broadcasters, streaming providers, application providers or customer-owned equipment except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.Internet connectivity and subscriptions may be required for smart features.

18. Intellectual property

The AZIMIS name, website, original product imagery, graphics, documentation and other AZIMIS materials are owned by or licensed to Crypty Ltd except where otherwise stated.Third-party names, logos, applications and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.Nothing on the AZIMIS website grants a licence to use AZIMIS intellectual property except as necessary for ordinary personal use of the website.

19. Website information

We endeavour to keep website information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.Obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors may be corrected.

20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.For consumers, nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.For business customers, separate commercial terms, quotations or supply agreements may apply.

21. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject to rights which applicable consumer law gives customers.

22. Complaints

If you have a complaint concerning an AZIMIS product, delivery or installation, please contact us using the details provided on AZIMIS.com.We will seek to investigate and resolve complaints within a reasonable period.

23. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights applicable to them.

Effective: 27 August 2026

Delivery of AZIMIS 100" Displays

AZIMIS products are exceptionally large-format displays and require specialist handling.Delivery availability, timescales and charges will be confirmed before completion of your order. Delivery dates are estimates unless AZIMIS expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery date in writing.Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address can safely accommodate a 100-inch television.Before ordering, please consider:

  • doorway and corridor dimensions;
  • staircases and turns;
  • lift dimensions and weight restrictions;
  • parking and unloading access;
  • floor and wall protection requirements; and
  • any restricted access to the property.

Please notify AZIMIS before delivery of any unusual access conditions.Where our delivery team reasonably determines that delivery cannot be completed safely, we may rearrange delivery while an alternative solution is agreed.

Specialist Installation

Where purchased or expressly included in an AZIMIS package, professional installation will be undertaken by AZIMIS or an appointed specialist installation partner.Installation may include, as specified in your order:Display positioning → mounting → connection → initial configuration → connectivity check → handoverThe precise services included will be confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation.

Site suitability

Every installation remains subject to site suitability.The installation technician may assess:Wall structureThe wall and mounting location must be capable of supporting the display and mounting system.Mounting equipmentAn appropriate bracket and fixings must be used for the installation environment.AccessThere must be sufficient working space for safe movement and installation of the display.PowerA suitable electrical supply must be available.ConnectivityInternet/Wi-Fi performance is dependent upon the customer's network and internet service.Hidden servicesCustomers should inform the installer of known electrical wiring, water pipes, gas pipes or other concealed services.

Work not normally included

Unless expressly included in your quotation, standard installation does not include:major structural alterations, wall reinforcement, plastering, decorating, specialist electrical work, relocation of electrical circuits, asbestos work, major construction, specialist cable concealment or removal of unrelated equipment.If additional work is required, this will be discussed with you before chargeable additional work proceeds.

Installation safety

AZIMIS and its installation partners reserve the right to refuse or postpone an installation where proceeding would, in the reasonable professional judgment of the installer, be unsafe or risk damage to the property, equipment or persons.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Customer permissions

Customers are responsible for obtaining any permission required from landlords, freeholders, building managers or other relevant parties before installation.

Following installation

Customers should inspect the installation at handover and promptly identify any apparent issue.Where practical, the installer will demonstrate basic operation of the installed equipment.

2. AZIMIS RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Effective: 27 August 2026We want customers to purchase an AZIMIS display with confidence.Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind cancellation

If you are a consumer purchasing online or through another qualifying distance-selling method, you will normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, subject to statutory exceptions. Government guidance confirms this 14-calendar-day cancellation period. After notifying us of cancellation, goods should normally be returned within the applicable statutory period.Because an AZIMIS 100-inch television is an exceptionally large and fragile product, please contact AZIMIS before attempting to return it.Do not send the television through an ordinary parcel or courier service without prior agreement.We can provide instructions concerning appropriate specialist transportation or collection.

Return condition

Consumers may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.Where permitted by law, we may make an appropriate deduction from a refund where handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop has diminished the value of the goods.Original accessories, remote controls, stands, documentation and other supplied components should be returned with the television.Where reasonably possible, customers should retain the protective packaging until they are satisfied with their purchase.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.Unless another method has been agreed or is legally permitted, refunds will ordinarily be made using the original payment method.

Faulty goods

Your AZIMIS television must meet the standards required by UK consumer law, including applicable requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with description.If you believe your product is faulty, contact AZIMIS and provide:Order number Product model Serial number Description of the issue Photographs/video where usefulWe may perform reasonable remote diagnostics before arranging inspection, repair, replacement, collection or another appropriate remedy.The Consumer Rights Act regime provides consumers with important remedies for faulty goods, including repair or replacement rights beyond the initial rejection period where applicable.

Transit damage

Please inspect your television as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.If you notice apparent transit damage, contact AZIMIS promptly and retain the packaging while the matter is investigated.Prompt notification helps us establish what happened but does not remove statutory rights that you otherwise have.

Installation services

Where installation has already commenced during a statutory cancellation period at your express request, different cancellation consequences may apply to the service element.Any deduction or payment required will only be made where permitted by applicable consumer law.

3. AZIMIS 1-YEAR WARRANTY

AZIMIS 100" QLED Smart TV

1 YEAR WARRANTY

PEACE OF MIND

Every qualifying new AZIMIS television supplied directly by AZIMIS includes a 1-year AZIMIS limited warranty, commencing from the applicable date stated in your order/warranty documentation.The warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

What the warranty covers

Subject to the exclusions below, the warranty covers defects in materials or manufacture arising during normal intended use.Where a valid warranty claim is established, AZIMIS may provide an appropriate remedy such as:diagnosis → repair → replacement → other appropriate resolutionThe precise remedy will depend upon the circumstances, product condition, availability of parts and applicable consumer law.

Making a warranty claim

Please contact AZIMIS with:

  • proof of purchase;
  • order number;
  • television model;
  • serial number;
  • description of the problem; and
  • photographs or video where reasonably requested.

We may conduct remote diagnostics before arranging physical inspection.Because the television is exceptionally large, do not dismantle, package or transport the television unless instructed to do so by AZIMIS.

Warranty exclusions

To the extent permitted by law, the commercial warranty does not cover problems caused by:accidental damage;misuse or abuse;liquid damage;unauthorised modification;repairs attempted by unauthorised persons;installation contrary to supplied requirements;external electrical problems or power surges;damage caused by external equipment;cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation;normal wear and tear;failure of internet or telecommunications services; orchanges made by independent third-party application or content providers.

Third-party applications

The warranty applies to the AZIMIS hardware and covered AZIMIS software, not the continued operation or availability of independent third-party services.Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+, Spotify, Google Play and other applications and services are operated by their respective providers.Application availability, compatibility, subscription requirements and functionality may change.

Statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.Nothing in this warranty excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UK consumer law.That sentence should be prominent because the commercial one-year warranty is not the ceiling on a consumer's statutory remedies.
